Why you can't get one in Yemen.
The Royal Pop went to a short list of countries at launch and Yemen was not on it. The closest official stockists are in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Greece and the rest of Europe, none of which sell or ship to Yemen. Beyond Swatch's choices, international sanctions and security restrictions limit luxury exports to Yemen, Stripe blocks Yemeni-issued cards, and the major couriers run inconsistent inbound service for high-value items. We treat each of those as a routing problem to solve with you rather than a reason to refuse the order. The standard solution is a forwarding address you trust and a payment route through a non-Yemeni card or bank transfer.
How our sourcing service works.
Pick a colorway on the shop, prices are between €1,500 and €3,200. Checkout is Stripe in euros. If your Yemeni-issued card is declined, contact us and we will arrange a bank transfer or an alternative card from outside Yemen. Once payment clears we send the Swatch boutique invoice and additional photographs to your email, then pack the watch in its original box with the AP x Swatch booklet. We ship by DHL Express to your Yemeni address where the route is open, otherwise to a forwarder you nominate in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye or Europe. From the forwarder onward the local logistics are in your hands.
Shipping to Yemen.
We ship to Yemen by DHL Express where the route operates, typically five to ten working days from Vienna. Where the direct route is closed, which is currently the more common situation for high-value watches into Yemeni addresses, we contact you and ship to a third-country forwarder you nominate, fully insured and tracked. Every parcel is fully insured at the boutique purchase value. If neither a direct route nor a forwarder is workable on your specific order, we refund the watch price minus any boutique sourcing already incurred.
