01 — Affiliation

This site is operated independently. We are not Audemars Piguet, not Swatch, not an authorized boutique, and not an official dealer. We have no commercial relationship with either brand.

02 — Sourcing

How the watches are sourced.

Swatch is selling the Royal Pop in-person only at roughly 200 boutiques worldwide — one piece per person per store per day, with no online sales and no AP boutique stock. Every watch fulfilled through our option service is purchased by us at full Swatch retail (€385 Lépine / €400 Savonnette) at those boutiques on or after the May 16th 2026 release date. You are paying a fee for the option to acquire a guaranteed, officially-purchased unit through our service — separate from the watch's retail price.

03 — Option Fee

The €100 option fee.

The option fee is the price of an option contract: a guaranteed right to receive one Royal Pop watch from us in your chosen colorway, while supply lasts. It is non-refundable. If you do not exercise the option (i.e. do not complete the watch purchase), the fee is forfeited. The option fee is not a deposit and is not credited against the watch retail price. All payments — option fee and watch retail invoice alike — are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

03b — Shipping

We ship the watch to you.

Watches are shipped worldwide via insured tracked courier from our fulfillment hub after the May 16th 2026 release date. No boutique visit is required to exercise the option. You provide a shipping address at checkout; import duties and taxes for destinations outside the EU may be billed on delivery. A tracking link is emailed once your piece is dispatched.

All product imagery, brand names, trademarks, and design references displayed on this site are the property of Audemars Piguet SA and The Swatch Group AG. We use only publicly-released official marketing materials for editorial and product-identification purposes. We do not claim ownership over any third-party brand assets. If you are a rights-holder and want material removed, contact us and we will comply.

05 — Pricing

Pricing & availability.

The option fee is a flat €100. It does not change over time. What the option locks for you is (a) a guaranteed allocation of one watch in your chosen colorway and (b) the right to receive that watch at its official Swatch retail price on release day. Swatch retail was confirmed at the May 12th 2026 press unveiling: €385 for the six Lépine colorways (crown at 12) and €400 for the two Savonnette colorways (crown at 3, with petite seconde subdial). On May 16th 2026 at 09:00 CET we open allocation in two waves on this site: option holders are notified first by email and SMS and their watches begin shipping within 48 hours; remaining inventory is then offered for direct sale without an option contract, at floating market price. Direct buyers have no priority, no colorway guarantee, and no price lock. Option holders pay the disclosed retail price plus their already-paid €100 fee, regardless of where the open-market price moves.
