Why you can't get one in Venezuela.
Venezuela has not had a normal luxury import market for years. Sanctions, currency controls, and limited international courier capacity all make it harder to deliver a high-value watch to a Caracas address than to almost anywhere else. There is no Swatch boutique in Venezuela with Royal Pop allocation, and the closest stocking countries are Mexico, the United States, and the European flagships in Paris, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Zurich, and Geneva. We can buy at retail in Europe. The question is how the watch reaches you, and that part is harder than the buying part.
How our sourcing service works.
Pick your colorway on https://swatchroyalpop.com/shop and pay in EUR through Stripe. Stripe accepts international Visa and Mastercard payments from cards issued outside Venezuela. If your card is Venezuelan-issued and Stripe blocks it, we can arrange payment via international bank transfer from a relative or contact abroad. Once payment clears, the watch ships from Vienna to a destination of your choice. For Venezuela specifically we usually recommend shipping to a forwarding address in Miami, Panama, or another regional hub, and you handle the final leg to Caracas. We can also try DHL direct, but availability and timing are not predictable.
Shipping to Venezuela.
Direct DHL Express service into Venezuela is intermittent. When it operates, transit from Vienna to Maiquetía is around ten to fourteen business days, with significant customs delays possible. Many Venezuelan buyers prefer shipping to a forwarding service in Miami, Panama City, or Bogotá and then arranging the last leg themselves through a trusted route. We can ship to any of those hubs directly and provide the Swatch boutique invoice for your onward customs paperwork. If you choose direct shipping into Venezuela, import duty plus VAT apply on delivery and the buyer carries that cost. We declare the real value and insure the parcel for the full amount.
