Why you can't get one in Ukraine.
The closest stocking boutiques to Ukraine are in Warsaw, Vienna and Budapest. From Kyiv, that is a multi-day overland trip across the Polish or Hungarian border, with the boutique enforcing a one-piece-per-person-per-store-per-day rule and popular colorways usually gone within the first hour of restock days. Several Ukrainian buyers have crossed into Poland for the watch and come back without it. The boutique does not reserve pieces, does not take phone orders and does not ship. We send a sourcing partner to the boutique on your behalf, so the border crossing and the queue are removed from your side of the process.
How our sourcing service works.
Pick your colorway on our shop page and pay in EUR via Stripe. Our team in Vienna places the order with one of our EU boutique partners, collects the watch, inspects it, photographs it, and prepares EU export documentation. The watch then ships to your Ukrainian address with all paperwork attached. Standard colorways are €1,500 ex-VAT, Otto Rosso is €1,100, Blaue Acht is €1,300, Lan Ba is €3,200, and the Complete Set is €15,000. Because Ukraine sits outside the EU customs union, the price shown is ex-VAT, and Ukrainian import duty and VAT are assessed by customs on arrival.
Shipping to Ukraine.
Shipments to Ukraine leave Vienna within 3 to 7 working days of your order. Due to the ongoing situation, courier routes and transit times into Ukraine vary, and some carriers have reduced service. We currently ship to most regions via DHL Express or UPS with full tracking and insurance, typically 5 to 10 working days from dispatch, depending on destination. Some areas may be unserviceable. Please check serviceability for your address with us before ordering. The package contains the watch in its original Swatch box, the boutique receipt with the serial number, and our resale invoice for Ukrainian customs.
