Why you can't get one in Slovakia.
The closest stocking boutiques to Slovakia are in Vienna, Budapest and Prague. Vienna is the shortest trip, about 80 kilometres from Bratislava, but the boutique still operates a one-piece-per-person-per-store-per-day rule and the popular colorways are typically gone within the first hour of restock days. Several Slovak buyers we work with made the Vienna trip more than once and came home without the colorway they wanted. The boutique does not hold pieces, does not take phone orders and does not ship. We send a sourcing partner who lives in Vienna to the boutique on your behalf, which means restock days and queues are our problem, not yours.
How our sourcing service works.
Pick your colorway on our shop page and pay in EUR via Stripe. Our Vienna team places the order with one of our boutique partners, collects the watch within days, inspects it, photographs it, and ships it to your Slovak address from inside the EU. Standard colorways are €1,500 ex-VAT, Otto Rosso is €1,100, Blaue Acht is €1,300, Lan Ba is €3,200, and the Complete Set is €15,000. Slovak VAT at 23 percent is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, so the final figure at checkout is the figure you actually pay.
Shipping to Slovakia.
Shipments to Slovakia leave Vienna within 3 to 7 working days of your order. Because Bratislava is so close, DHL Express usually delivers next working day, and addresses in Košice, Žilina and elsewhere arrive within 1 to 2 working days. The route is fully tracked and insured for the full value of the watch. Slovakia is inside the EU customs union, and we ship from Austria, so there is no import duty, no customs broker fee and no extra paperwork. The package contains the watch in its original Swatch box, the boutique receipt with the serial number, and our resale invoice with the Slovak VAT line.
