Why you can't get one in Peru.
Peruvian luxury retail is concentrated in Lima, with Jockey Plaza and Larcomar carrying most of the international watch presence. Swatch is in both, but neither got Royal Pop allocation. The closest stocking countries are Mexico and the United States, plus the European flagships in Paris, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Zurich, and Geneva. Mexico sells out within hours of restock, and the United States is similar. Europe is the most reliable source. We queue at those boutiques on launch days, buy at retail, and ship to your address in Peru. You pay retail in EUR plus service fee plus shipping. Peruvian customs handles the import tax on the local side.
How our sourcing service works.
Pick your colorway on https://swatchroyalpop.com/shop and pay in EUR through Stripe. Peruvian Visa and Mastercard cards work for international transactions, and Apple Pay is supported. If the colorway is in our Vienna stock we ship the next business day. If we need to source it, we queue at the next European boutique drop and ship from Vienna once the piece is in our hands. Every order comes with the original Swatch box, the official papers, and a copy of the boutique receipt with the serial. You get DHL tracking when the parcel leaves our office.
Shipping to Peru.
We ship to Peru via DHL Express. Transit from Vienna to Lima is usually seven to twelve business days, including customs clearance. Peruvian customs applies import duty plus IGV on the declared value, and DHL collects the amount from you on delivery. We declare the real purchase price with the Swatch boutique invoice attached, so the assessment is clean. Parcels are fully insured. If anything is delayed at Jorge Chávez customs we stay in contact with DHL on your side until the watch clears. Most Peruvian deliveries complete within two weeks door to door.
