Why you can't get one in Nigeria.
Swatch operates in Nigeria through retail partners, but none of those stores were given Royal Pop allocation. The closest physical sources are the Swatch flagships in Paris, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Zurich, and Geneva. That is a long-haul flight, a long queue, and no guarantee you walk out with your colorway. We do the queue work for you. Our Vienna team buys at retail in European boutiques on launch days and forwards pieces to Nigerian addresses through DHL Express. You pay retail plus our service fee plus shipping. Nothing is marked up inside the watch price. The watch arrives with its original Swatch box, papers, and a copy of the boutique purchase receipt.
How our sourcing service works.
Choose a colorway on https://swatchroyalpop.com/shop and pay in EUR through Stripe. Most Nigerian Visa and Mastercard cards work, and Apple Pay is supported on iPhone. If the colorway is already in our Vienna inventory we ship the next business day. If it has to be sourced, we add you to the queue for the next European boutique drop, secure the piece at retail, and ship once it lands in Vienna. You get a DHL tracking number when the parcel leaves our office. We stay reachable by email and WhatsApp through the entire process, including the customs phase on the Nigerian side.
Shipping to Nigeria.
We ship to Nigeria via DHL Express. Transit time from Vienna to Lagos or Abuja is usually ten to fourteen business days, including customs clearance. Nigerian customs scrutinizes luxury watch imports closely, and import duty plus VAT are payable on delivery. DHL handles the paperwork and collects the fees from you. We declare the real purchase value with the Swatch boutique invoice attached, which keeps the assessment clean. Parcels are fully insured. If customs holds the package at the airport for review, we stay in touch with DHL and provide any additional documents requested from our side until the watch clears.
