Why you can't get one in Morocco.
Swatch retail exists across Morocco, but none of the Casablanca, Rabat, or Marrakech stores received any units of the Royal Pop. The collection was distributed to flagship boutiques only, with most of the stock concentrated in Paris, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Zurich, and Geneva. For a Moroccan buyer those are the nearest physical sources, which is still a flight, a queue, and a long day if you do it yourself. We handle that part. Our team queues at European boutiques on launch days, buys at retail, and ships the piece to you in Morocco. The total cost is the retail price plus our service fee plus shipping, with no markup hidden in the watch price.
How our sourcing service works.
Pick your colorway on https://swatchroyalpop.com/shop and pay in EUR through Stripe. Moroccan Visa and Mastercard cards work, and Apple Pay is accepted. If the colorway is in our Vienna stock we ship the next business day. If we need to source it, we queue at the next boutique drop in France, Italy, Spain, or Switzerland, secure the watch at retail, and ship from Vienna once it arrives. Every order includes the Swatch box, the official papers, and a copy of the boutique receipt. You get tracking the moment we hand it to DHL, and we stay reachable by email and WhatsApp throughout.
Shipping to Morocco.
We ship to Morocco via DHL Express. Transit from Vienna to Casablanca usually runs seven to ten business days including customs. Moroccan customs assesses import duty plus VAT on the declared value, and DHL handles clearance and collects the fees from you on delivery. We declare the actual purchase price with the Swatch boutique invoice attached, so the assessment is clean. Insurance covers the full value of the parcel. If anything stalls at Casablanca or Rabat customs we stay in contact with the courier and push the case from our side until your watch clears.
