Why you can't get one in Luxembourg.
Swatch sells the Royal Pop in-store only, never on swatch.com. The rule on the floor is one piece per person per store per day, and the boutiques that carry it tend to sell out the moment a delivery lands. From Luxembourg, the closest stocking boutiques sit across the border in Brussels, Paris and Frankfurt, which means a same-day return trip and a queue at opening time with no guarantee that the colorway you want is still on the shelf. Most buyers we speak to in Luxembourg have already tried the trip once. We do that part for you, so you do not spend a Saturday driving to Brussels for a watch that sold out twenty minutes before you arrived.
How our sourcing service works.
You pick the colorway on our shop page and pay in EUR through Stripe. Our team in Vienna places the order with one of our boutique sources in Austria, Germany or Italy, collects the watch the same week, inspects it, photographs it for you, and ships it from inside the EU to your address in Luxembourg. Pricing is straightforward: €1,500 ex-VAT for standard colorways, €1,100 for Otto Rosso, €1,300 for Blaue Acht, €3,200 for Lan Ba, and €15,000 for the Complete Set of all eight pieces. Luxembourg VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Shipping to Luxembourg.
Shipments to Luxembourg leave Vienna within 3 to 7 working days of your order, depending on which colorway you choose and how quickly we can secure it at the boutique. Delivery itself takes 1 to 2 working days by insured DHL Express, fully tracked from pickup to your door. Because Luxembourg is inside the EU customs union and we ship from Austria, there is no extra import duty, no customs paperwork, and no broker fee. The box contains the watch in its original Swatch packaging, the boutique receipt with the serial number, and our resale invoice with the Luxembourg VAT line.
