Every watch comes with the original Swatch box, papers, and proof of boutique purchase. You receive a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves our office, and we stay reachable by email and WhatsApp through the full delivery window.

Shipping to Egypt.

We ship to Egypt via DHL Express. Transit time from Vienna to Cairo is usually seven to ten business days including customs clearance. Egyptian customs will assess import duty plus VAT on the declared value, and DHL handles the paperwork on your behalf. The duties are paid by you on delivery, not added to the cart.
