Buy the Swatch Royal Pop in the Dominican Republic

Santo Domingo, Santiago de los Caballeros, Punta Cana, the Swatch counters across the Dominican Republic did not receive any units of the Audemars Piguet x Swatch Royal Pop. The fourteen colorway pocket watch launched only in selected Swatch flagships in Europe, the United States, Japan, and a few Asian cities. In Latin America only Mexico got stock. Royal Pop Resale Service is based in Vienna, queues at the European boutiques on launch days, and ships to Dominican addresses. Prices start from €1,100 ex-VAT and run to about €3,200 for the rarer colorways.

Why you can't get one in Dominican Republic.

Swatch is present across the Dominican Republic through department stores and watch retailers, but none of those points received any Royal Pop units. The closest stocking countries are Mexico and the United States, and beyond them the European flagships in Paris, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Zurich, and Geneva. Mexico sells out within hours of restock, and the United States is similar. Europe is the most reliable source because the boutiques there restock more often. We queue at those boutiques on launch days, buy at retail, and ship to your address in the Dominican Republic. You pay retail plus service fee plus shipping plus local customs.

Shipping to Dominican Republic.

We ship to the Dominican Republic via DHL Express. Transit from Vienna to Santo Domingo is usually seven to fourteen business days including customs clearance. Dominican customs applies import duty plus ITBIS on the declared value, and DHL collects the amount from you on delivery. We declare the real purchase price with the Swatch boutique invoice attached, so the assessment is clean. Parcels are fully insured. If anything is delayed at Las Américas customs we stay in contact with DHL on your side until the watch clears.
