Why you can't get one in Cambodia.
For a buyer in Cambodia, the nearest physical Royal Pop boutiques are in Thailand, which has four stores, and Singapore and Malaysia, with two and six respectively. Bangkok is the obvious target on paper. The problem is stock. The Thai allocation has been mostly absorbed by domestic and tourist demand since launch, and walking into a store and finding your colorway available is rare. The same applies to Singapore. A flight, two or three nights in a hotel, and a real chance of returning empty-handed adds up to more than the watch itself. The other route is to order from a sourcing service that already has the piece in hand and can ship it to your door in Phnom Penh.
How our sourcing service works.
Pick the colorway on swatchroyalpop.com/shop. We confirm current physical stock from our boutique network across Austria, Germany, France and Italy, and quote a euro price with shipping included. You pay by card or bank transfer. The watch is inspected in Vienna, photographed with your order number on the receipt, and packed in the original Swatch packaging. Shipping to Cambodia goes by DHL Express with insurance and tracking from door to door. You get the tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. If a colorway is not in our hands when you ask, we tell you the realistic wait. We never take payment on a watch we have not physically verified.
Shipping to Cambodia.
DHL Express runs Vienna to Phnom Penh in roughly ten to fourteen business days door to door. Cambodian customs applies import duty plus VAT on luxury watches, and the General Department of Customs and Excise does inspect high-value parcels. We declare the watch at the real invoice value with the original Swatch boutique receipt attached. Duties and taxes are paid by the buyer at delivery, and DHL handles the broker step. The clearance is generally smooth when the paperwork matches the declared value. Before you order we can give you an estimate of the landed cost in USD or KHR so the total is clear before you commit.
